Meet the Librarian

My name is Mrs. Smith and I have been the librarian at Broussard Middle School for the past eight years.  I am so excited to have the opportunity to share my passion for literature with our students.  We offer several reading programs at Broussard Middle, (funded by the Lafayette Education Program and Billeaud Companies) including the Family Reading Safari and Book Breakfasts.  I would also like to invite our students to participate in several Maker Space activities during their lunchtime, as well as the Spartan Book Club.  I am looking forward to a great year!
